Soaking Almonds...Making Almond Milk

Almonds have the most proteins of all the nuts. They have to be sprouted in order to release the enzymes inhibitors as well as the calcium and protein that are locked inside.
Soaking Almonds
- Start with Raw Organic Almonds
- Soak overnight in the refrigerator in purified filtered water
- During this 24 hour soaking period, rinse and change the water several times to keep them soaking in fresh water
